While the customer service can be a reason to buy (or buy them) Rosetta Stone or leave a bad Yelp review, the quality of the food is excellent.
Miami Best Latin Food Grill: The fa of this place is more colorful than a macaw and the menu is a total con mango a jumble of options. If you want to stand in just one food court line and get everything you want, regardless of quality, this is the place. Here, you can get typical Caribbean dishes like rice, black beans and plantains, New York Strip steaks with green beans, frozen juices and coffees and generically Asian orange chicken and bubble teas. It a diverse and contrasting as the population of Miami. Get your entree, your dessert and your coffee in just one spot.
There a place that everyone is raving about. Zinburger Wine Burger bar. It located across from Escada and diagonally from the Burberry Outlet. What cool about this restaurant is that it has a big bar to spend some time before being seated or getting your food. The Zinburger is the first thing on the menu, and it very moist and rich with Manchego cheese, zinfandel braised onions, lettuce and tomato. The tater tots with pieces of chorizo and a habanero cheese sauce are great. The cucumber lemonade is amazing. For $5 you can upgrade any burger to Angus.
Another place that locals love is Matchbox which specializes in brick oven, and wood entrees. This New American restaurant is on the eastern side of the southside, by the Tory Burch outlet, near Michael Kors and Columbia Sportswear.
Want to avoid the mall crowd at all costs? Head over to Purple Parrot Place and Sunrise Boulevard just south of the mall and find several choices. The Knife, right across from David Bridal, offers endless meats grilled Argentine style. Across Purple Parrot Place you can find a Steak Shake. And in the corner of Sawgrass Mills Circle and Purple Parrot Place, stop for a quick Taco Bell meal.
