LUTZ Simon Property Group officials aren saying what stores and eateries will be at the future Premium Outlets in Pasco County, but contractors have filed building permits for most of the 110 available retail locations at the mall.
The largest, so far, is anchor tenant Saks Fifth Avenue 5th discount store, which comes in at more than 27,000 square feet. The Gap outlet permit indicates the store will be 10,540 square feet.

The Richard E. Jacobs Group filed preliminary plans last December for a Costco membership warehouse next door to the outlet mall, but no site plan has been filed. Several restaurants Chick fil A, BJ Restaurant Brewhouse, and Panda Express have filed preliminary applications but no site plans. Two restaurants have plans on file with the county: Culvers, known for its burgers and frozen custard; and casual eatery Cheddars.
Sierra Properties, which is developing the northwest quadrant of the Interstate 75/State Road 56 interchange, is in discussions with Kohl but has not signed a contract. Bob Sierra confirmed he also is negotiating with a hotel developer to build a six story, branded hotel and has a preliminary deal with the Barrington Group to build a 230 unit apartment complex.
